Hey guys, starting Monday Feb 4th the day classes on Monday and Wednesdaywill be from 11am-1pm, Friday will remain 2pm-4pm. The format will remain the same Monday Gi, Wednesday and Friday No Gi.
These classes will remain all level access. Please call me with any scheduling questions.
