Nick "Mad Monkey" Serra put on a classic display of his monkey jiu jitsu on Saturday. We had a great turn out and an even better time learning from one of the most advanced jiu jitsu specialists on earth. Nick shared with us some of his famous triangle set ups and some very tight guard passing. It was a monumental day for us at Madama Jiu Jitsu with five PURPLE BELT promotions. Dennis Ryan, "Big" Dave DiPaolo, "E-Rock" Leopaldi, Tom "Cable Guy" Hilliard, and Glenn "Quagmire" Sonnabend all recieved there new belts in "Old School Mad Monkey Fashion" Two of our Rutgers crew Tom Dennis, and Mike Elshamy were also promoted to BLUE BELT.
